New main features:

1. Right click on the title of any application to get menu with commands "Hide to tray", "Priority", "Transparent", "Floating icon".
2. In file dialogs "Save As" and "Open" added a menu with list of last used folders. (On Vista it works in MS Office dialogs only).

Fixed bugs:

1. When window hidden to tray its tooltip was not updated when title of corresponding application updates.
