Installation
Systems requirements
Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows Millennium, Windows NT4, Windows 2000 or Windows XP
300 KB free hard disc space
8 MB RAM
Pentium 66 MHz or higher
Installation
Run the file anvirstr.exe and follow the instructions shown on the screen.
Registration
To get instruction on registration visit the Order page on the AnVir Software web site.
After you register AnVir Virus Destroyer you will receive a registration key via e-mail (if you choose to use e-mail). To complete your registration, on the Help menu, click Enter Registration Key. The Registration dialog box appears. Enter your registration values (Name and Key) and press OK. Please be sure that you enter name and key exactly as it is printed in e-mail. (The simplest way to do this is to copy values to the clipboard, and then paste to the Registration dialog box text fields). Please save your registration values. You will need these values when installing new versions of AnVir Virus Destroyer, or when asking for support.
Uninstallation
To uninstall AnVir Virus Destroyer, on Windows Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs. In the dialog box that appears, point to AnVir Virus Destroyer, press Change/remove and follow the instructions shown on the screen.
